Product Description

The pipe support is used to support and fix the pipe.

 

The pipe support is a connection piece between the pipe and the steel structure or concrete support that supports the pipe. It supports (supports) the pipe and is a form of the pipe support.

 

Pipe supports are also divided into two types: insulated and non-insulated. The ones that are not insulated are used directly on normal temperature pipelines; the insulated ones are used on high-temperature or low-temperature pipelines.

 

Whether it’s heat preservation or not, it can be divided into sliding, fixing, and guiding.

 

The connection between the pipe support and the steel structure or bracket is changed.

 

According to the provisions of GB50235, the hydraulic test pressure of the pipeline where the vermiculite insulation pipeline support is located is as follows.

 

1. The test pressure of the above-ground pipelines and non-ferrous metal pipelines that are subjected to internal pressure should be 1.5 times the design pressure, and the test pressure of the buried steel pipelines should be 1.5 times the design pressure, and not less than 0.4 MPa.

 

2. When the pipeline and equipment are tested as a system and the test pressure of the pipeline is equal to or less than the test pressure of the equipment, the test should be carried out according to the test pressure of the pipeline; when the test pressure of the pipeline is greater than the test pressure of the equipment, and the test pressure of the equipment is not When it is lower than 1.5 times the design pressure of the pipeline, the test can be carried out according to the test pressure of the equipment with the approval of the construction and design unit.

 

3. When the design temperature of the pipe where the vermiculite insulated pipe support is higher than the test temperature, the test pressure should be calculated as follows: When the pS is at the test temperature and produces a stress exceeding the yield strength, the test pressure pS should be reduced The maximum pressure at which the yield strength is not exceeded.

 

4. For pipelines with large alignment differences, the static pressure of the test medium should be included in the test pressure. The test pressure of the liquid pipeline shall be based on the pressure at the highest point, but the pressure at the lowest point shall not exceed the bearing capacity of the pipeline components.

 

5. The test pressure of the inner tube of the jacketed tube should be determined according to the higher of the internal or external design pressure. The test pressure of the jacketed outer pipe is in accordance with the provisions of GB50235. When the design pressure of the pipe is less than or equal to 0.6MPa, the air pressure test can be used, but effective safety measures should be taken. The pneumatic test pressure of steel pipes and non-ferrous metal pipes that bear internal pressure should be 1.15 times the design pressure, and the test pressure of the vacuum pipe where the vermiculite insulated pipe support is located should be 0.2 MPa. When the design pressure of the pipeline is greater than 0.6MPa, the design unit must agree before the pressure test can be carried out with air pressure.
